Josh Condado, CRNA
In addition to his work as a CRNA, Josh is also a successful real estate investor. He owns and manages a portfolio of rental properties in the Green Bay area. Growing up in a medical family, Josh thought this was the end of the road for him, but he found real estate investing with his sister and brother in law, and together, pioneered their way into hot markets of real estate. In his spare time, Josh enjoys spending time with his family and friends, cheering on the Green Bay Packers, and exploring Wisconsin. He is also an active member of his community and is passionate about empowering nurses and building communities.

Colin Davis, RN
Colin's journey to real estate investing began when he was working on a travel assignment in Northern California. He saw firsthand the financial challenges that many nurses face, and he wanted to find a way to achieve financial security for himself and his family. Together with his wife and brother-in-law, he founded All Day Investments and bought their first property in 2020. After a few years of successful investing, Colin decided to leave nursing and focus on real estate and set up their business is a way to include friends and family. He has since gone back into the hospital setting per diem in the ER and is the Stroke Coordinator for the hospital he’s settled down in. He enjoys being outdoors, camping, surfing, and wood working projects, including remodeling their 1979 Argosy Airstream.

Jenn Davis, RN
Jenn is a registered nurse, wife and mom, who has been in and out of nursing to pursue side hustles for nurses. She was on the same travel assignment with Colin, when they bought their first rental property. Today, she is the CEO of their real estate investing company and property management company that her and Colin founded to manage their growing assets. She is passionate about building businesses that make a positive impact on her community and support their goals of time and location freedom. Jenn is proof that you can start over and dive into unknown territories at any stage of life. When she’s not in the business, Jenn loves film photography, design projects (building out their airstream trailer) and being by the water. She is a passionate traveler and loves learning and experiencing different cultures.
